Concern Krost was founded in 1990

Today this is one of the Russian foremost multi-profile investment and construction holdings, which is implementing the complete development cycle - from design and construction works through subsequent real estate management, being the general contractor and project investor at the same time.

Concern is conducting business along five lines:

• staple activities:
  • construction;
  • industry (15 plants);
  • development of commercial and dwelling real estate;
• non-staple activities:
  • fitness - wellness - ELSE club spa-complexes (FWA&SPA);
  • beer restaurants network business.

An eighteen-year experience allows to speak about the Company as a leader in the construction market. During this time the Concern implemented over 450 projects: including 4 complex reconstruction quarters in Moscow (most wide-scale - Wellton Park and Union Park), dwelling complexes, commercial real estate objects and objects of social infrastructure, temples. Today the KROST Concern member enterprises employ over 4500 people.
